M3u8's Terms & Conditions — Everything explained in plain English

M3u8 (referred to as "we", "us", or "the platform") operates an online betting platform for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions apply to the m3u8 website, mobile app, and all associated services.

By registering on m3u8 or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

• These Terms & Conditions are written in Bengali, and the Bengali version shall be considered the definitive and binding version.
• m3u8 operates under an international license, and all activities are conducted in full legal compliance.
• These terms may be updated at any time. Registered users will be notified of any changes via email.
• No person under the age of 18 is permitted to use m3u8.

To open an account with m3u8, you must meet the following requirements. Each individual is allowed only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

Information Required for Registration

• Full legal name — as it appears on your National ID or passport.
• Active mobile number — an OTP will be sent for verification.
• Valid email address — important notices will be sent here.
• Date of birth — required for age verification. Registrations from users under 18 years of age will not be accepted.
• Must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.

Password & Account Security

Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorized activity, contact our support team immediately.

Depositing and withdrawing on m3u8 is simple, fast, and completely secure. We support the most widely used payment methods in Bangladesh.

Withdrawal Rules

• Your account must be fully verified before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• The maximum withdrawal per day is ৳2,00,000. Separate limits apply for high roller members.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, m3u8 reserves the right to temporarily place a hold on withdrawals.

M3u8 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page. Accepting a bonus means you agree to its applicable terms.

General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus is for new members only — applicable on the first deposit.
• Most bonuses come with wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within a set timeframe — typically between 7 and 30 days.
• Claiming the same bonus more than once is strictly prohibited. Accounts found doing so may be suspended.
• Certain betting markets may be excluded when placing bets using bonus funds.
• m3u8 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus at any time.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on m3u8 and cover all betting markets and sports.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless a Cash Out option is available.
• Odds may change before a match begins. The odds at the time of confirmation are final.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, all stakes will be refunded.
• m3u8 reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• The maximum win on a single bet is ৳50,00,000. Separate limits apply for high roller members.

Live Betting

During live betting, odds change in real time. Due to network delays, the odds shown on your screen may differ from those confirmed when your bet is placed. The odds displayed on the confirmation screen are final.

To maintain the integrity of m3u8's services, the following activities are strictly prohibited. Engaging in any of these may result in account closure and forfeiture of all deposits and winnings.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Depositing funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources.
• Attempting to bypass or compromise the platform's security systems.
• Harassing other members or using offensive language.
• Deliberately strategic betting to exploit the bonus system.

M3u8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances.

• Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed under Article 06.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• If the information provided during registration is found to be false.
• As directed by a legal or regulatory authority.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

M3u8 is committed to delivering the highest quality of service at all times. However, service disruptions may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, m3u8's liability is limited.

• m3u8 is not liable for any bets lost due to internet connection disruptions.
• m3u8 is not liable for any issues caused by third-party payment providers.
• m3u8 is not liable for any losses incurred during service outages caused by unexpected technical issues beyond our control.
• m3u8 is not responsible if account information is compromised due to the user's own negligence.

However, if any loss is directly caused by m3u8's own error, reasonable compensation will be provided. Please contact support for further details.

M3u8 takes the privacy of your personal information very seriously. We never sell your data to third parties.

• Your information is used solely to provide m3u8's services and ensure account security.
• We may be required to share information with government authorities under legal obligation.
• You have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal data.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
